PSO Compensation Review Program approved
Western Washington University has approved the PSO Compensation Review Program, according to Western's PSO Executive Committee.
Human Resources will work with the PSO Salary and Benefits Committee to establish an objective program, using best practices, that determines fair and equitable compensation for all PSO members.
Plan attributes include a fair and flexible process for sound compensation decisions, transparency and identifying appropriate compensation data resources.
“PSO members are committed to making Western the best public institution that it can be, and we certainly appreciate the institution’s commitment to PSO,” said Paul Mueller, PSO president.
